Gracewood Construction Ltd. reach their first milestone with the successful completion of the garage conversion units at the Eric & Treby Estate, Mile End - Wentworth Mews.

Taking possession of the redundant garage spaces in November 2020, the garages have been transformed into 3 new 3 bed 5 person wheelchair accessible units for joint venture partner East End Homes and provide much needed affordable housing to the Borough.
